The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE) gets the oil based goods from oil tanker vessels and stores it in the oil terminal until the point when it is stacked on fuel tanker trucks that vehicle the items to principle arrive Ethiopia.
President of the Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise, Tadesse Hailemariam, disclosed to The Reporter that the Djibouti Horizon Fuel Terminal (DHT) has limit constraint to deal with Ethiopia's expanding fuel imports. "We are having an extreme time at the Horizon Terminal because of limit restrictions. The terminal is currently unfit to oblige the expanding oil imports. We are enduring," he revealed to The Reporter.
